The New City

93 South…my commute. Although the highway is blanketed with cars every morning, the drive isn’t all that bad. At least we move, with a few hiccups now and again. The thing I hate the most are the potholes! Seriously Massachusetts? Are you trying to eat my car? Other than that, the view I see as I roll down the interstate is definitely different than going past Hartford. I look to my left and see Bunker Hill, to the right and I see the Prudential Center, The Garden, more tall, majestic buildings, and this all as I go over the Zakim Bridge, which if you have ever seen is a really funky looking bridge. It’s pretty cool living so close to Boston. I much prefer this city over New York City. It’s quieter, less hustle, happier, friendlier, just all in all a better place; plus, The Red Sox and Fenway Park, DUH! One of these weekends, when Greg and I actually don’t have something planned (I think that won’t be until January!!), I want to take a Saturday and just go roam the city. Hit up a good restaurant, go to a museum, and enjoy a good pint of beer and nachos! Cheers!
